The Assertive Consul hosts the evening and goes to bed without reviewing the guest list. The Fe-Si group-radar is the same — they read who's lonely, who's overstimulated, who needs a refill — but they can leave the social event without an internal post-mortem. ESFJ-As are the friend who hosts warmly and doesn't audit the warmth afterwards. The risk: missing the guest who left feeling unseen because their face read fine. The work is direct check-ins rather than radar inferences when the stakes feel high.
