The Assertive Commander makes the call, runs the play, and is three priorities downstream by the time the outcome lands. Setbacks become inputs, not identity. ENTJ-As can deliver an unpopular reorganisation and sleep that night. Subordinates often read them as unflappable, occasionally to the point of seeming detached from costs others are still feeling. The risk: under-reading the human texture of their own decisions, since the internal audit that would surface it is quieter. The work is letting trusted people slow the call.
