The Turbulent Protagonist converts every observed need into a personal action item. The same Fe-Ni machinery that makes them effective mentors and leaders also turns inward as a running ledger of responsibilities. Many ENFJ-Ts are the colleague who notices and remembers everything, often to their own cost. The risk: burnout without warning, because the internal ledger never reports a deficit. The work is learning that "I noticed" is not the same as "I'm responsible." Permission to do less is hard-earned.
