The Assertive Protagonist serves others without absorbing their distress as their own. The Fe-Ni machinery still reads the room and shapes the response, but the boundary between "their problem" and "my problem" stays clearer. ENFJ-As can lead a team through hard transitions without privately carrying every member's anxiety home. The risk: missing the quiet need that wasn't voiced, since they've calibrated against picking up signals that don't belong to them. The work is checking in even when the radar reads neutral.
