You will serve as a WORKLOAD FORECASTING SPECIALIST in the Public Workload Forecasting Branch (Code 1251), of the Workload Forecasting and Performance Program Division (Code 1250), in the Business and Strategic Planning Office (BSPO) (Code 1200),of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will prepare monthly total, nuclear and non-nuclear Workload and Resource Report (WARR) in accordance with NAVSEAINST 4850.5C and Corporate Nuclear Power Manual Admin-A-4.
- →You will provide data to and supports development of the Command Operations Plan (COP) support.
- →You will be responsible for analyzing and providing ship project planning and execution resource data.
- →You will perform nuclear and non-nuclear workload statistical studies, which include collecting and analyzing data and make recommendations to assist management in making decisions that determine the workload for NNSY.
- →You will be responsible for providing source mitigation data, developing trade skill and corporate metrics, workload churn documentation, budget variance data, and mitigation strategy for nuclear workload for the CPRT and CSRT.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree OR Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree OR Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
