About the Role
This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application. Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply.
What You'll Do
- →The incumbent is assigned to Whole Health Service, within Patient Care Service Line, and is responsible for program planning, developing, analysis and monitoring of Whole Health data in addition to supervising Whole Health Coaches, Recreation Assistants (Yoga Instructors), Administrative Support and Whole Health Partners under the Whole Health Service.
- →Duties include but not limited to: Contributes to team initiatives and continuously strives to improve the effectiveness of the programs and teams to which he/she is assigned and supervises Responsibility for managing work assignments, budget, and treatment services provided.
- →Manages and controls the use of data related to these programs regarding day to day functioning and program evaluation.
- →Plans, organizes, and directs administrative, operational, patient and personnel activities for the Well-Being Programs and/or the Services.
- →Administers information and analytical systems to evaluate and enhance the quality of service provided to patients.
- →Supervises a group of employees performing work at various GS levels (e.g.
- →Complementary and Integrative Health instructors, Whole Health Coaches, and Whole Health Partners) and provides administrative, technical and clinical supervision necessary for accomplishing the work of the unit/services including monitoring outreach efforts and for the management, coordination, planning, and development of key administrative activities for the Whole Health Program.
- →Responsible for key project activities related to the planning, development, and implementation of the project component.
- →Apply Whole Health principles, evidence, and data trends to guide priorities and drive needed changes.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
