About the Position: This position is in 18th Medical Group Kadena Air Base, Japan. The Unit Program Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact to the squadron commander/director for administrative support programs.
What You'll Do
- →Assist the commander/director in the management of all administrative support program functions.
- →The Incumbent is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence.
- →Propose alternate approaches to management for more efficient operations.
- →Coordinate the implementation of policy and procedures to maintain compliance within the organization.
- →Develop and implement procedures to track program status.
- →Serve as a unit liaison to the military and civilian personnel offices.
- →Communicate requirements of regulations and guidance to squadron members.
