What You'll Do
- →Directly assists the commander/director ability to effectively manage all administrative support programs, serving as the central information source, and ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and disposition of reports and correspondence.
- →Manages and serves as the subject matter expert for all administrative support programs, ensuring unit compliance with all laws, policies, and directives.
- →Serves as the organization's personnel liaison, managing all military and civilian personnel matters.
- →Serves as the organization's manpower point of contact, managing all civilian and military position requirements.
- →Responsible for maintaining and reconciling manpower manning documents, reviewing authorization requests, and providing guidance on organizational structure and skill utilization.
- →Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- →Develops and maintaining office procedures, records, and tracking systems.
