About the Role
About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a Training Specialist (Training Development) for USSOUTHCOM in the Exercises and Coalition Affairs Directorate in Miami, FL.
What You'll Do
- →Responsible for the design and development of training materials for relevant courses.
- →Accountable for staff leadership, management, direction, coordination, and oversight and control of the training support programs within USSOUTHCOM.
- →Provide policy and procedural guidance to USSOUTHCOM, Service Components, and other agencies in areas such as training support coordination, master scheduling, and training evaluation systems.
- →Manage the design of training courses to include mandatory training sequence, course length, lesson outlines, learning objectives, and resource requirements.
- →Develop unique training programs to fulfill personnel's specific needs to maintain or improve job skills and performance.
