About the Role
You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD SAN DIEGO LS.
What You'll Do
- →You will advise on all matters pertaining to training to include training functions, curriculum development, and testing programs.
- →You will maintain master files for all the training materials for which they have cognizance.
- →You will monitor and/or update appropriate instructions and databases with regard to training requirements, testing programs, and quality of training.
- →You will review and evaluate curriculum materials for technical accuracy and accomplishment of objectives.
- →You will conduct trends analysis of instructor evaluations, prepares evaluation reports, and recommendations.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
