About the Role
About the Position: The incumbent of this position will work as a Training Specialist (Health Care) GS-1712-09 at Fort Sam Houston. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
What You'll Do
- →Conduct initial class orientation regarding the Student Evaluation and Administrative Plan (SEAP).
- →Input and maintains student academic performance information into various training databases.
- →Track documents files appropriate forms on all marginal achievers.
- →Provides timely and accurate training cycle reports in preparation for academic end of cycle briefings to the Program Director.
- →Participate in-service refresher training sessions to learn the latest processes, procedures, and practices.
