The primary purpose of this position is to design and integrate educational multimedia and interactive multimedia technology into comprehensive instructional programs, training materials, and evaluation tools for diverse learners.
What You'll Do
- →Develops instructional materials for instructor-led courses and projects, leveraging modern technologies to optimize learning outcomes and achieve educational objectives.
- →Designs and develops Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), Computer-Based Instruction (CBI), and Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL) materials that leverage strategically selected technological applications to enhance learning outcomes and achieve educational objectives.
- →Conducts thorough analysis of instructional materials to identify and prioritize the most relevant and critical content, ensuring alignment with educational outcomes and objectives.
- →Conducts thorough reviews of instructional materials to ensure alignment with established learning objectives, utilizing a systematic approach to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of training products.
- →Creates and integrates visual media solutions that effectively communicate complex educational and instructional concepts, leveraging expertise in multimedia design and development.

- ✓FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
- ✓You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
- ✓Appointment of military members before the release or discharge date is permissible if the member is on terminal leave.
- ✓At the time the active duty member applies for a civil position, he or she must submit a "certification" memo in lieu of a DD-Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty.
- ✓Active duty members applying for a civil service position without submitting a valid certification memo or DD-Form 214 with their application will render the member ineligible for the position.
- ✓Note: The VOW Act provides tentative preference.
- ✓If appointed, a DD Form-214 must be submitted upon receipt
