What You'll Do
- →Plans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive range of training programs.
- →Evaluates courses, adjusting as necessary to curricula, teaching methodologies, schedules, etc., based on internal and external evaluation analysis including graduate and supervisor feedback and input from other instructors.
- →Develops and maintains professional contacts with a variety of levels and organizational elements, Major Commands, Air Staff, DoD, and other government agencies.
- →Manages all programming actions associated with the assigned courses.
- →Schedules classes and authorizes allocations to meet annual training requirements.
- →Test and Measurement.
