What You'll Do

  • This announcement provides the opportunity for a reassignment/promotion to the Training and Talent Development Analyst position within Mission Support, Human Resources, Training and Talent Development Team in Arlington, VA.

  • The Training and Talent Development Team (TTD) is responsible for the administration and development of agency sponsored training events and programs.
  • TTD provides and identifies formal and informal training, and learning activities for employee developmental needs that fulfill agency skill requirements, and provide individuals with the essentials to improve performance and career growth.
  • The TTD Analyst position works with and in support of the Manager and Director of TTD on all training operations and responsibilities.
  • The GS-09 TTD Analyst performs assignments of average difficulty requiring the application of fundamental principles, concepts, techniques, and guidelines in the areas of training and career development.

Requirements

  • Education must be accredited by an institution recognized by the U.S.
  • Department of Education.
