What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the lead coordinator/operational advisor for technical program onsite efforts, performing initial technical reviews of all test and integration requests to understand how proposed activities would interface with existing systems.
- →You will act as the primary facilitator for scheduling and de-conflicting all major facility events, system upgrades (e.g., SPALTS, INCs), and test activities, coordinating the allocation of facility resources, personnel, and assets.
- →You will act as the primary liaison for high-level coordination, interfacing directly with Headquarters (HQ), Program Management Offices (PMOs), and other external stakeholders on scheduling and integration matters You will translate complex technical and scheduling issues into clear, concise updates for leadership at all levels.
- →You will monitor the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), providing critical observation and feedback on the feasibility and operational impact of the planned timeline.
- →You will review programmatic documentation from the specific aspect of operational supportability and technical feasibility, providing feedback to ensure plans are realistic and executable within the facility's constraints.
Requirements
