The primary purpose of this position is: to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the Personal Property Activity, Headquarters. To serve as the Supervisor Resources Management Specialist to plan, manage, coordinate, advise, execute, and train on matters pertaining to Finance, Manpower, HR, Administration, and Transportation.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Personal Property Activity, Headquarters.
- →Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and Resources and Requirements Division objectives.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Directs, coordinates, and oversees work through subordinate supervisors.
- →Represents (the organization) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with variety of high-level offices such as Air Force Directorate of Logistics (AF/A4L) and Air Force Personnel Center.
- →Directs special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments.
- →Analyzes and prepares cost data for inclusion in AF/A4 Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Budget Estimate Submission (BES), Financial Plan (FINPLAN) and execution submissions, and represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Serves as executive agent for the Secretary of the Air Force, Air Force, and Space Force to identify and adjudicate excess cost related to personal property and privately owned vehicle movement and storage in accordance with DAFPD 24-6.
