THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPV IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) TITLE 32 TEMPORARY/TEMPORARY PROMOTION, Position Description Number D1542P01 and is part of the NH ARNG DCSIM, National Guard. This vacancy is to gather applications that may or may not result in a referral or selection.
What You'll Do
- →This position serves as the Chief Information Officer with responsibility for serving as the focal point for the State National Guard IT requirements and priorities, including the cybersecurity and privacy programs, enterprise architecture, software application and development, capital planning and investment, infrastructure, and telecommunications support.
- →Interprets Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), federal IT and if applicable state policies in order to manage risk, develop and promulgate IT plans and policies, ensure compliance with prevailing laws, ensure compliance with the Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA), and establish standards and procedures.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience: Must be IT related education.
- ✓Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
