What You'll Do
- →Plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of employees involved in the life cycle management processes related to major automated information systems (AIS).
- →Develops AIS program and budget requirements, justifications, and documentation to meet all mandatory DoD Life Cycle Management (LCM) and Financial Management regulatory requirements.
- →Develops performance standards and objectives and develops individual development plans.
- →Appraises the performance of each supervisor and team leader.
- →Serves as a technical expert for assigned systems, database systems, or network.
- →Keeps abreast of changes in policies, regulations, and directives to determine effect on operations.
- →Adjusts operations or makes recommendations to increase effective and efficient use of resources.
- →Analyzes work requirements.
- →Recommends and justifies staffing, equipment, and other resources.
- →Develops annual plans for accomplishment of the mission.
