This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Expert Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA - Hosting and Compute Center.
What You'll Do
- →Plans and assigns work to subordinate supervisors or to personnel who guide and control work.
- →Makes decisions on work problems presented by subordinate supervisors and establishes priorities and schedules.
- →Collaborates with heads of other units to negotiate, decide, and/or coordinate work-related changes affecting other units.
- →Develops subordinate supervisory evaluations and evaluates performance.
- →Leads strategic planning and policy development to align LOB IT standardization and consolidation with DISA and OSD objectives.
- →Directs strategic planning and goals to meet DoD customer information requirements across a geographically dispersed and heterogeneous LOB environment.
Requirements
- ✓There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-15 grade level.
