What You'll Do
- →SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to exercise first and second level supervisory authorities over the Faculty Development Flight, consisting of three distinct units: TSFA, Plans and Training Development; TSFB, Instructor Training; and TSFC, Instructor Continuation Training.
- →The responsibilities of this position include oversight and management of plans, programs, manpower, personnel, and funding to support faculty and staff development requirements for the 17 Training Group.
- →DUTIES: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Faculty Development Flight.
- →Develops plans for the strategic development of training courses in subject-matter areas and groupings of courses aligned with Air Force (AF), Air Education Training Command (AETC), and unit objectives.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents Faculty Development Flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Manages resources including facilities, equipment, personnel, and funding to support the TRG missions.
