You will serve as a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist in the Digital Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Branch of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. This position is equivalent to the GS-13/14 level. The full performance level is equivalent to the GS-13/14 level
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Supervisory Information Technology (IT) Specialist (Competency Branch Head) and first-line supervisor within the Digital Transformation Division.
- →You will focus on IT personnel management and ensure the long-term technical health, capability, and readiness of the IT workforce.
- →You will manage and supervise IT professionals of varying disciplines and grade levels, leading a diverse workforce that provides enterprise digital infrastructure and IT logistics support to the Fleet.
- →You will assign work to subordinates based on strategic IT priorities and Agile tasking frameworks considering the complexity of technical infrastructure and security.
- →You will be responsible for staffing and recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance and quality improvement.
