About the Role
About the Position: Incumbent provides general administrative and policy direction, assigns broad work objectives, and is available to provide guidance on unusual situations. Guidance consists of policy from HQDA, regulations, professional engineering manuals and publications. The incumbent performs professional engineering and branch management ; work independently receiving broad outlines from supervisor and HQ USAREUR on objectives and results desired.
What You'll Do
- →Prepare engineering designs and specifications for construction projects.
- →Determine resource strategies and general guidance to ensure justification is provided to obtain funds for various projects.
- →Provide oversight of an annual repair program budget.
- →Give advice or instructions to employees on both work and administrative matters.
