What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Management Specialist to serve as the Division Head for the Asset Management Division at the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC).
- →You will provide strategic oversight of all material, asset management, warehouse operations, and logistics integration.
- →You will orchestrate end-to-end supply chain solutions, leveraging advanced proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like Navy ERP/SAP to drive data-driven decisions.
- →You will be responsible for ensuring mission readiness and maintaining full compliance with federal regulations and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) protocols.
- →You will provide strategic direction and oversight for all material, asset, and warehouse management functions.
- →You will drive data-driven decision-making using advanced proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- →You will orchestrate end-to-end supply chain solutions to support mission readiness, including high-level procurement planning, optimizing inventory levels, and strategically redistributing excess materials.
- →You will resolve complex logistical challenges that impact the facility, ensuring that property, assets, and shipments are synchronized with manufacturing operations so that necessary material is always available.
- →You will serve as the primary authority for all supply transactions and material movements.
- →You will ensure full compliance with federal regulations and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) protocols to keep the organization audit-ready You will lead and develop a team of supply management professionals.
- →You will plan and assign work, set priorities, evaluate performance, make hiring decisions, and find ways to improve production and reduce bottlenecks.
