You will serve as a SUPERVISORY WORKLOAD FORECASTING SPECIALIST in the Public Workload Forecasting Branch (Code 1251), of the Workload Forecasting Program Division (Code 1250), in the Business and Strategic Planning Office (BSPO) (Code 1200) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan the work to be accomplished by subordinates and assign work based on their abilities, NNSY functional responsibilities, and work priorities and requirements.
- →You will review completed work in order to determine its adherence to controlling policies and adequacy in meeting assignment ratings.
- →You will be the primary point of contact (POC) for all phases of workload and workforce management associated with workload forecasting and performance measurement.
- →You will establish goals for program initiatives and designs modifications and improvements.
- →You will be responsible for determining the level of mission and cost reimbursable direct labor workload that NNSY is executing and is projected to execute.
- →You will provide source mitigation data, developing trade skills and corporate metrics, workload churn documentation, budget variance data, and mitigation strategy for nuclear and non-nuclear workload.
