You will serve as a SUPERVISORY WORK AND FAMILY LIFE SPECIALIST in the FAMILY READINESS DIVISION (N91), FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DEPARTMENT (N9) of NAVSUBASE KINGSBAY.
What You'll Do
- →You will organize, set, and monitor workflow of the Work and Family Life Program.
- →(WFL) You will monitor and report on the status, progress, timeliness, quantity, and quality of individual and teamwork.
- →You will develop and implement procedures to monitor, analyze and document service effectiveness.
- →You will apply concepts, principles, and theories relating to WFL services delivery systems to analyze and interpret complete social and behavioral data concerning clients.
