About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Production Resources Department (Code 900), Production Workforce Development & Resource Manager (900B), Consolidated Training Division (Code 900T), Non-Nuclear Training Branch (Code 900T.1) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan and make work assignments for Training Instructors/Specialists and other training personnel within the Command.
- →You will assign the needs for research, development, concurrence, and approval of training courses.
- →You will direct specific training needs for assigned shops.
- →You will approve the training schedule and allocation of required facilities and equipment.
