The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor providing planning, directing, organizing, managing and exercising control over non-supervisory employees assigned to the 100th Communications Squadron, Plans Programs and Resources Section.
What You'll Do
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Communications Requirements - Manages and establishes communications and computer requirements and general programming objectives to meet short and long range needs for in garrison, mobility and deployed systems.
- →Planning and Implementation - Establishes communications-computer systems planning, programming, and Implementation policy.
- →Plans and Agreements.
- →Establish policy and procedures and provides guidance for the development, coordination and processing of unit taskings contained in mobility, contingency, and exercise plans, and develops cross organizational agreements for in garrison and deployed locations.
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 100 CS Plans Programs and Resources section and Resources Flight, ensuring that communication functions complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Prepares briefings, technical reports and staff studies for programs and projects.
