The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a HQ Air Force Test Center (AFTC) program manager/action officer, including staff agencies at 412th Test Wing, Edwards AFB, CA; 96th Test Wing, Eglin AFB, FL; Arnold Engineering and Development Complex, Arnold AFB, TN and numerous operating locations throughout the US providing strategic/technical HR guidance.
What You'll Do
- →Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% if the time.
- →Prepares APF and NAF budgets, which include the expenditures required to conduct assigned programs.
- →Determines adequacy of facilities, identifies additional needs and recommends facility construction/alterations and renovation projects and monitors repair and maintenance of existing facilities and equipment Develops, implements, monitors, and documents a comprehensive training program to ensure all staff members possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their position.
- →Develops flight vision and strategic plan IAW guidance from HHQ.
