The primary purpose of this position is to serve as supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over supervisory and non-supervisory employees assigned to the 97 Maintenance Decentralized Material Support (DMS) section.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 97 Maintenance Directorate, Decentralized Material Support Section, ensuring the section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents 97 Maintenance Directorate with a variety of installation and functional area organizations in development of the Wing Mission.
- →Responds to customer concerns and proactively anticipates issues that may affect other organizations fulfilling mission requirements.
