About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Nuclear Material Division, Code 2305, of the Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department, of PSNS and IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will assist the Nuclear Material Manager in analyzing and reporting assessments of all nuclear material functions, major issues, and program goals and objectives.
- →You will plan the work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- →You will develop performance standards to evaluate the work performance of subordinates.
- →You will identify developmental and training needs of employees and provide or arrange needed development and training.
- →You will direct and coordinate special studies and investigations on nuclear material management functions to identify causes for declining performance trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- →You will create and develop methodology to process material requirements, receipts, issues, storage and disposition for unused material.
- →You will confur with representatives of other organizations within and outside the shipyard on material acquisition and handling issues, project workload and schedules.
