What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the primary advisor for directing and coordinating Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) within the Navy or Marine Corps command.
- →You will formulate program objectives and priorities and implement plans consistent with the long-term interest of the command.
- →You will collaborate and maintain liaison with stakeholders to improve SAPR response as well as develop and collaborate on public awareness campaigns.
- →You will analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement and use that data to inform decision making, improve program services, and generate reports.
- →You will apply skilled communication, including developing rapport and actively listening to perform victim advocacy and support for adult cases of sexual assault.
- →You will be responsible for performing supervisory duties such as assigning tasks, setting performance expectations, and evaluating personnel performance.
