About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SEXUAL ASSAULT RESPONSE COORDINATOR (SAR WF) in the Department of Navy of the United States Marine Corps of MARFORRES NOLA.
What You'll Do
- →You will coordinate response activities in the event of a sexual assault report.
- →You will ensure victims are receiving direct and indirect services to receive guidance and emotional support during administrative, medical, investigative, and legal procedures.
- →You will ensure sexual assault victims are properly advised of their options for restricted and unrestricted reporting.
- →You will provide leadership with non-identifying person information within 24 hours of a restricted report of sexual assault.
- →You will evaluate confidentiality and reporting requirements that could cause inappropriate release or disclosure of victim's identity and/or personal information.
Requirements
- ✓Applicants must meet the following positive education qualifications requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual: Applicants must possess Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
- ✓OR Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
- ✓OR Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social of 5 sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
