You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST in the DIGITAL ANALYTICS INFRASTRUCTURE AND TECHNOLOGY, ADVANCEMENT (DAiTA) of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
What You'll Do
- →You will manage the efforts to develop, mature, evaluate, and implement a Special Access Program.
- →You will establish well-documented, standard processes for use throughout the organization.
- →You will resolve conflicts between policy, program objectives and program management.
- →You will be responsible for functional oversight of the Special Access Program Central Security Office (CSO) and all policies, processes, and requirements implemented through its work process flow.
- →You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommends official performance ratings.
- →You will give advice, counsel, or provide instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
