About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) handles the day-to-day operations of Army installations.
What You'll Do
- →Develop training plans based on approved training courses and regulatory requirements.
- →Ensure proper accountability of all sensitive items, weapons and equipment.
- →Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
- →Serve as a Shift Supervisor who exercises direct supervision of the activities of a guard force shift consisting of subordinate Security Guards.
