You will serve as a SUPERVISORY REGIONAL SARC in the Department of Navy of I MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform administrative and technical supervisory duties to include work planning, assignments, training, discipline and leave.
- →You will assign work; establish performance standards, objectives and conduct performance evaluation of subordinates.
- →Provide guidance, information and training on performance and administrative matters.
- →You will supervise a regional team of Sexual Assault Prevention and Response SAPR personnel, comprising of Supervisory Sexual Assault Response Coordinators SARCs, and/or SAPR Victim Advocates VAs.
- →You will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of the SAPR Program throughout the regional Area of responsibility AOR and subordinate organizations.
- →You will provide guidance on program implementation; monitor and evaluate compliance with policy impacting the SAPR Program, and assists in the development, implementation and oversight of command program guidance.
- →You will write, establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and SAPR Order.
- →You will conduct assessment to ensure consistency and effectiveness of the SAPR Program and victim care system.
