About the Position: Serves as Chief of Operations Branch, responsible for controlling use of the Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) Range Complex including range control, scheduling, inspection and permitting access to ranges, facilities and maneuver land.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as Chief of Operations Branch for the division.
- →Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate the Range Operations Section consisting of; Range Scheduling, current operations, and Range Safety.
- →Supervise mission accomplishment through military and civilian subordinates including Reserve Component persons assigned for annual training.
- →Plan for and coordinates the Range Support Branch portion of the Installation Mobilization Master Plan.
- →Responsible for controlling use of the Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM) Range Complex including range control, scheduling, inspection and permitting access to ranges, facilities and maneuver land.
- →Supervise civilian and military personnel providing services, assistance and advice to military and civilian users.
- →Provide technical assistance to Joint Base Lewis McChord (JBLM-Main) on range safety issues.
