About the Role

The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Supervisory Program Specialist - Office Manager at the Lake CBOC (Willoughby). The OM reports to the Facility Director and Assistant Director of COPS, providing oversight by monitoring administrative reports, bringing discrepancies, trends and outliers/corrections. Is accountable for the day-to-day activities of all outpatient care administrative programs at the clinic and is the supervisor of the patient care administrative staff.

What You'll Do

  • Provides oversight by monitoring administrative reports brining discrepancies, trends and outliers to the attention of the Facility Director Provides administrative support to all areas within the Community Outpatient Services (COPS), including scheduling, vet choice, recall, travel, etc.
  • Responsible for coordinating, directing and assuring inconsistencies on reports is corrected and deadlines for completion of reports is met.
  • Independently analyzes and evaluates the efficency of reports to ensure that the VHA goals and objectives are met if required inform the specific Facility Director of the outpatient clinic that correction action is needed.
