You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER within NAVAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the Deputy Assistant Director for Museums, Navy Museums Division, Naval History and Heritage Command.
- →In this capacity, you will act as the first line supervisor for the directors of the field museums in the Navy Museum Enterprise You will direct and oversee administrative, operational, financial, and strategic planning activities to support organizational mission requirements and objectives.
- →You will ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and professional standards governing organizational operations and programs.
- →You will supervise and lead a workforce by assigning work, evaluating performance, developing employees, and addressing personnel and organizational needs.
- →You will represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements, delivering briefings and fostering partnerships to support mission success.
- →You will serve as a senior advisor to leadership by conducting research, analyzing complex issues, and providing recommendations on policy, operational, and program management matters.
- →You will coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives, establish long-range strategic plans, and evaluate program effectiveness to improve organizational performance.
- →You will develop, execute, and monitor budgets, contracts, grants, and resource management programs to ensure effective stewardship of organizational funds.
