About the Role

This position serves as a Program Manager within a division of the Office of Network Support of Integrated External Networks under the Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC) Program Office reporting directly to the Network Support Director. Ultimately responsible for the successful implementation of data and system administration that affect core line operations and related automated systems and dashboards.

What You'll Do

  • The incumbent performs a combination of program analysis and process management for a wide range of continuously changing Agency, Organization, and/or Directorate initiatives.
  • The incumbent supports the department through planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of systems and data integration aspects of program operations.
  • The incumbent is responsible for the identification of gaps in system requirements affecting network adequacy and Network Support processes or initiatives, for network development and maintenance.
  • Utilizes procedural project management knowledge in order to gather, analyze, develop, define, document, validate, verify, and administer operational requirements for systems and data integration projects and related work efforts.
  • Conducts a variety of studies and analyses of issues across operating activities (e.g., healthcare administrative contract delivery and revenue operations).
  • Develops and/or supports the development of a variety of systems and data integration support tools through work with external entities (e.g., centralized IT staff, contracting firms, and other Federal agencies).
  • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 4:30pm.
  • Compressed/Flexible: at supervisor's discretion.
  • Telework: This position may be authorized for telework.
