About the Role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION of NAVAL SHIP REPAIR FACILITY. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***
What You'll Do
- →You will assist in developing, coordinating and maintaining an integrated system of administrative services, including travel systems, personnel and administrative management.
- →You will assist in developing, coordinating and maintaining administrative matters including employment, training, employee relations, employee services, file management, library services, performance appraisals and Detachment operating procedures.
- →You will assist the Administrative Officer implement the Navy Personnel Accountability Program for mustering military and civilian personnel and their respective dependents following a natural or man-made catastrophic event.
- →You will ensure development of organizational work plans, short and long-range schedules, priorities, work assignments and position structures to effectively, efficiently and economically carry out the mission.
- →You will serve as the program Manager for the delivery of military manpower management and support services to all active and reserve military personnel onboard or inbound.
