You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST (TOA DATA CONFIGURATION MGMT) in the Table of Allowance (TOA) Requirements Division, Expeditionary Business Line (EXBL) of NAVFAC OSF.
What You'll Do
- →You will demonstrate expert proficiency in utilizing hierarchical databases to design and manage data structures representing materiel capabilities.
- →You will have hands-on experience in component/subcomponent design, structural data configuration, and processing Allowance Change Requests (ACRs) through their lifecycle.
- →You will have comprehensive knowledge of DoD/Navy acquisition directives, regulations, and methodologies.
- →You will plan work to be accomplish, set priorities, assign work to subordinates, advise and counsel employees, identify training needs, and set and develop performance standards.
- →You will have experience leading, supervising, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of program analysts and contractors.
- →You will have proven ability to defend, justify, and negotiate complex or controversial positions.
- →You will have skill in drafting technical briefs and presenting to senior leadership, flag officers, and OPNAV resource sponsors to align divergent stakeholder objectives.
