About the Position: Responsible for the overall daily management of the Enlisted Accessions Division of the Directorate of Military Personnel Management, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1 Army.
What You'll Do
- →Ensure policies are in place to ensure the proper influx of recruits into the Army to assist in meeting the Army's end strength requirements.
- →Develop and/or defend requirements for Army Enlistment incentive programs.
- →Perform data analytics using agency systems.
- →Provide guidance to subordinates in the execution of assigned duties or responsibilities.
