This position is with the U. S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), within the Directorate of Administrative Programs (DAP), in the Office of Training and Education (OTE), located in Arlington Heights, IL. This position is at the full performance level. This position is outside the bargaining unit. This position is NOT remote. Selectee will be expected to report to the office listed above.
What You'll Do
- →Duties for the Supervisory Program Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following: Participating in a wide range of internal and external work groups, teams, and committees regarding training program administration, including curricula development.
- →Coordinating program oversight activities to ensure compliance with program requirements and expectations.
- →Briefing senior leadership through written and oral communication regarding training program administration and improvements.
- →Advising senior leadership on the alignment of program activities with agency priorities and initiatives.
