You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the PMS 326 NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
What You'll Do
- →You will oversee, direct and participate in the analysis of incoming requests from Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.
- →You will review foreign customer requirement for compatibility with DOD and OPNAV policy and guidelines.
- →You will coordinate and chair working group meetings with senior OSD, Navy International Programs Office, and SYSCOM officials, contractor representatives and FMS customers.
- →You will determine and define the need for Contract Support Services, prepare necessary Procurement Requests (PR's), participate in source selection and negotiations, and act as the Technical Point of Contact on Procurement Requests.
- →You will provide technical support in the preparation and issuance of funding documents in support of material and engineering requirements.
- →You will review and validate all Price and Availability estimates and serve as the point of contact for negotiating Price and Accountability information.
