You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a principal advisor to General/Flag Officers and Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders on enterprise supply chain and manpower program operations.
- →You will direct the design, execution, and continuous monitoring of an enterprise-level enlisted personnel and manpower supply chain pipeline.
- →You will serve as the authoritative source and lead technical authority for enterprise quota management, accession planning, and distribution models.
- →You will formulate and lead the development of enterprise performance metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading and lagging indicators.
- →You will represent the organization as a senior subject matter expert on joint-service, Department of Defense, and high-level stakeholder committees.
- →You will prepare and present comprehensive strategic briefings, executive summaries, and decision packages to senior military and civilian executives.
- →You will conceptualize, plan, and execute high-visibility studies and analytical evaluations to optimize organizational efficiency and business processes.
