You will serve as a the Branch Head of the Product Development Branch (EB32200) within the Airborne Instrumentation Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
What You'll Do
- →You will direct the programmatic oversight, resource allocation, and milestone tracking for the fabrication, assembly, and testing of complex engineering prototypes.
- →You will optimize technical workflows, establish production schedules, and analyze operational metrics to ensure program deliverables meet cost and schedule constraints.
- →You will provide strategic direction, technical mentorship, and performance-driven leadership to a multidisciplinary team of technical and program professionals.
- →You will manage full-spectrum supervisory duties, including executing personnel actions, evaluating performance, resolving grievances, and administering labor relations.
- →You will analyze branch training metrics, identify skill gaps, and formulate professional development plans to sustain long-term operational capabilities.
