This position is part of the Department of Defense (DoD), Missile Defense Agency (MDA). The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all Agency Operations activities and industry partner support while promoting employee competency development and enrichment through all phases of career progression within and involving the MDA.
What You'll Do
- →This position is being filled under AcqDemo Direct Hiring Authority (DHA) for non-acquisition positions involving 51% or more of time in direct support of acquisition positions within Business and Technical Management Professional Career path.
- →As a Supervisory Program Analyst at the NH-0343-4 broadband level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Leads cross functional matrix team efforts in performing research and analysis to respond to detailed questions in assigned area of responsibilities, in formulating or executing plans.
- →Analyzes the requirements of the workforce to participate in the establishment of short and long range plans.
- →Assesses and provides strategic direction for resolution of problems, policies, and procedures.
- →Prepares and presents information and decision briefings at all management levels to convey strategic vision or organizational policies.
- →Ensures integration, analysis, planning, issue identification, and path ahead for timely and efficient execution of improvements.
- →Develops reports and provides clear and concise briefing materials.
- →Leads / guides other analysts to develop, refine, coordinate, implement and maintain policies, guidelines, processes, plans, techniques and procedures in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations and policy, to fit new situations to improve overall program operations.
- →Develops and integrates innovative approaches to attain goals and minimize expenditures.
- →Analyzes new or proposed guidance/regulations to determine impact on program operations or develops solutions to highly challenging programs or projects.
- →Establishes and maintains effective coordination with internal and external organizations on matters of mutual concern or requiring coordinated efforts.
- →Participates in high-level teams, meetings and special working groups to coordinate and resolve problems concerning conflicting requirements, reporting systems, etc.
- →Resolves diverse viewpoints/controversial issues and solves broad organizational issues.
- →Identifies functional and cross functional processes as it relates to workforce operations.
