You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst, The Fleet Improvement Office Director of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the principal advisor and executive leader on the development, implementation, and evaluation of continuous improvement strategies across the Command.
- →You will oversee internal problem-solving consultation for Fleet projects to properly define problems, identify root causes, and implement measurable improvement.
- →You will develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy that supports long term mission success and builds warfighting capability and capacity.
- →You will align learning programs with Fleet-wide goals, including readiness, operational excellence, and talent development.
- →You will oversee the creation and implementation of policies, tools, and frameworks that support organizational learning.
- →You will supervise a disparate group of projects requiring formal and informal leadership abilities across the Command and with numerous, Echelon I, Echelon II and Echelon III stakeholders.
- →You will construct reports, charts, spreadsheets, and graphs as needed to support briefing materials.
