About the Position: This position is assigned to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Military Community and Family Policy (DASD (MC&FP), Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA), Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Personnel and Readiness (USD (P&R)). Position may be filled by temporary promotion NTE 1 year but may be made or extended up to a maximum of five years. Competitive temporary promotion may be made permanent without further competition.
What You'll Do
- →Drive the creation and management of data driven business decisions that define outcome-based outreach and engagement strategies.
- →Develop outreach and engagement strategies (e.g., technology fluency, customer data insights, and analytics) to help advance Military Community and Family Policy's mission through the Military OneSource brand and digital enterprise.
- →Create breakthrough customer offerings that advance market penetration by testing and adopting innovative tools and techniques.
- →Lead the development of the MCFP and sub-brand development by creating and telling brand stories and inviting consumers to participate in the narrative.
- →Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
- →Manage and evolve outreach and engagement contact development, task management, and performance assessments.
