What You'll Do
- →Serves as the Chief of the Organization Management Branch in the Command Support Office, responsible for providing support in all areas related to organization management, personnel management and manpower management.
- →Provides and exercises leadership and overall responsibility for managing, coordinating, and directing the timely processing of the full range of personnel actions for the organization.
- →Implements related policy changes and exercises leadership and overall responsibility for managing, coordinating, and directing assigned programs and initiatives.
- →Serves as the focal point for supporting all levels of Troop Support management in making sound business decisions concerning use of resources in their organization.
- →Oversees the work/studies of the branch and its analysts for research and analysis conducted for management studies with a variety of organization management/manpower purposes.
- →Oversees branch research into manpower data and information concerning retirements, resignations, reassignments, promotions, and the organizational impact of such actions.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
